according to history there was only a few arab families in morocco and seatled mainly on big cities like Fes.. it was the case for four centuries when islam came to morocco until some arab tribes of Bni maaqil and bni sallim migrates to north africa and some of them arrived at morocco.. however Morocco has arabized the public life only since the "independence" when the decision was taking arabize everything, but it was a failure as the decision was not based on the identity of Morocco

no we don't need dna, we know who we are.. it's the amazigh who learned arabic and gave it importance as it is the language of quran, and studies with it and wrote books in it.. while still speak the amazigh with people, ibn khaldon, ibn tofayl, ibn ruchd,..are not arabs but wrote in arabic. arabs are not superior at all, there was already an advanced civilization before islam came.. the number of the amazigh scientists who contribute to islam are far greater than arabs themselves

if most moroccans speak amazigh, why do you need dna tests to confirm that most moroccans are amazigh?

and if only 5000 arabs settled in morocco, why did the arabic language prevail? are arabs superior over berbers?

the land, the language, the culture and everything is still amazigh.. if you are looking for arabic culture go to Saoudi arabia there you have pure arabs.. in north africa poeple speak arabic but they ara not arabs.. they are amazigh
