What Nikon flash do you use? Can the Cyber Syncs work with a SB-600?

Good Review. Thanks for the Vid.

This is probably because you can only buy from the manufacture. Not a bad thing at all--I will buy soon but PWs are available everywhere.

Not on the unit, but there is a sync socket on the side. You could technically velcro it to your camera and plug it into a PC socket on your camera. I'm sure this would affect the range in some way, but it may be shorter that way.

I just had a thought. I have an SD 8A battary pack for my SB 800 flash and it requries that I plug in a little plug into the PC Sync hole as well as the plug in the front of the flash. Where would I be plugging in the receiver to be able to remotely trigger my SB 800 with this little things? I worry because I would be using the SB 800 more than any other flash when in the field.

I've read that you don't have to plug the SD-8A into the PC socket to function. I'm not fully sure why they have the connecting there in the first place.

How can I use this to trigger my SB 800?

All you have to do is plug the supplied cable in the the PC port on the side of the flash under the rubber cover. Then plug the other end, which will be the 1/8' mono, into the Cyber Sync receiver. It works great, I've had them for a while now and I still love them. I don't get to use them as much as I'd like to.

How do we know you don't have freakishly large thumbs?

You're just going to have to trust me. They are fairly normal.
