  • hmm...so...i was focusing on all that worry. when the first buzzer went off i jumped a bit but my mind went back to the worry...the second buzzer pushed the worry out even more and the third buzz kind of just finished off the last of the worrisome thoughts...is this good?

  • First video, first jolt, really wasn't expecting it at all, thank you so much!

  • Do the "disconnect from a person" with anyone you feel anger toward in mind.

    Keep in touch. Also replay the skin video several times. You have to hit the rigfht target. Disconnect from a person is very powerful.
