  • attracts cops

  • it's a system used to reduce turbo lag

there's a couple of ways to do this, but it basically burns fuel in the turbo manifold to keep the turbo spinning to reduce the time it takes for it to spool up.

pretty good system IF and only IF you are loaded with cash as it puts a tremendous amount of stress on the engine, turbo and as well as the car's exhaust

  • LHD?

  • Slow for an STi

  • couple runs more and u have to buy a new heads again XD

  • @xsilviadrifterx could you upload a video of that? Sounds awesome :P

  • for the newbs anti lag puts extra fuel through the exhaust and when he lets off the gas it ignites the gas to keep the turbo spooling so there is no "lag". I drive a silvia everyday with anti lag it's very fun.

  • atleast the guy got a subby and a turbo. better upgrade from the conventional honda owners bragging how fast the FF are. time for an upgrade go with fr or awd.i got a 350z, upgrade from a pos civic

  • What ECU has that impreza? does standart sti ecu support antilag?

  • @Vision7800GT it is sti! spec C comes without rear spoiler if you mean that.

  • this garbage sti will still get smoke by some piece of shit all motor civic..no lag!

  • @WeakSignaI it keeps the turbo spooled continiously so it doesnt have "turbo lag". if your interested in mechanics join a forum, read up. people will post problems and you can read how they are solved. best way to learn about a specific car imo.
