Selfish to say its already legal just for California, when it needs to be nationally. I agree we need to protect our kids, by regulating it similar to alcohol and changing to laws to under-agers also similar to alcohol. Education about dangers similar to alcohol and tobacco. Maybe sell it at unadvertised stores so children don't know what they are?

you know why kids go to rehab for marijuana?? BECAUSE THEY DONT WANNA GO TO JAIL, usually the judge gives them that opportunity jail, or rehab, and of cores, your going to want to choose rehab over jail time. kids arnt going to rehab for marijuana because their addicted, marijuana is not addictive, "kids going to rehab for marijuana then any other drug combined" he is explaining lies to you people. if only you could tell people that Marijuana is safer then playing in the fucking dirt.

That guy in the suit was drinking and smoking at the age of 12 as a kid that young he didn't have the will power and knowledge and i will put up all the money in the world he was doing way more drugs then just marijuana the real problem for kids and marijuana is being smart and aware of other drugs so he shouldn't be coming down on marijuana he should be coming down on parents like his who don't teach there kids how to think for themselves
