Lara201117 在这里 (zai zhe li) means "here". they say 我的在这里 (wo de peng you zai zhe li) saying "my friend is here". the question "我的朋友在那里?" (wo de peng you zai na li?" is asking "where is my friend?" you response is "再这里。我的朋友在这里。", as in the song.
