Human Rights Violations & Legalization of Harmful Narcotic Marijauna in Los Angeles

This is a liberal message about the lamentable state of human rights in Russia and brutal violations of those unalienable human rights. For instance, Russian people were banned to travel abroad, if they had borrowed money from a creditor, which is reflection of barbarian and imperialist rule of Russian nationalists from United Russia. Co-host of Russian talk show Let's Get Married Rosa Syabitova even expressed her intolerance of immigration from Russia.
I also cover an illegal city of Los Angeles ordinance number 181530 that illegally legalized sales of harmful narcotic marijuana that is explicitly banned by United States' Controlled Substances Act 1974. I claim that colored supremacist, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, refused to prosecute legalization of harmful dope marijuana in Los Angeles area due to diminished capacity of his own mind, as I watched c-span video of Congressional commission hearing. L.A. Councilmembers Koretz, Krekorian, Garcetti, Reyes, and the rest of them chose to become wealthy by charging egregious wages of 178 thousand dollars per annual basis to city tax-payers.

Another example of human rights of prisoners being violated is unnecessary use of chemical gas in cells of those Los Angeles County prisoners who engaged in non-violent acts of civil disobedience. For instance, MSNBC showed footage of green-wearing jumpsuits LASD sheriff depities filling cell of an inmate with a poisonous gas, as the prisoner had refused to put on cuffs upon leaving cell as required by Los Angeles County prison protocol. I believe that chemical gas is a weapon that could be used only to cease violent actions of prisoners, not against non-violent resistance of inmates who resort to cvil disobedience and reject "cuff up" orders.
