it's $1.99 on the AppStore and works on an iPod Touch or iPhone. Thx for inquiring, Let me know if you have any other questions.

I bought last night.............very cool app, but I'm confused about one thing. I have the iPod Touch which doesn't appear to have the screen auto-off when the sensor is covered. So, how should this be used to avoid the auto-dim and then auto-off? If it has to be kept on during the entire run/walk, then that could be a big problem for the battery.

Thanks for using iTreadmill!
The iPod Touch does not have a proximity sensor, so the screen auto blank is only for iPhones. Also, Apple doesn't yet allow apps to control the backlight, so for now you will have to dim the brightness before usign iTreadmill. the app uses white text on black background so that you will be able to see your data easily even when your brightness is turned way down. We have run iTreadmill for many hours when the brightness is turned down.
