warren is one of the girmiest town i know of. i have lived there for 4 years .. and i can honestly say that no matter how much the town is "fixed up" . the people the resign there would make it trash once again.

There's nothing wrong with Todd Ave. I cruised EVERY spot in Warren....EVERY spot at ALL times of the day. NEVER, NEVER have I been robbed, mugged or even threatened. I can't STAND it when people are so afraid of a "street". I grew up on Third street then moved to Mahoning Ave. I live in Va Beach right now and will be moving back to Warren this summer. I can't wait. Cost of living here is INSANE!!!

The US House and US Senate was controlled with a super majority by the Republicans from 1994-2007, thats 13 years, not to mention that includes 6 of the 8 years Republican President Bush was in office. If the GOP were so smart, why didn't they fix the problems? and why weren't they re-elected? So Republicans are not the answer to our problems, of course. It was Christmas Day of course no one was out and when you go past the Courthouse it has always looked like that but if you go down Market now it's starting to look a lot better. City has been fixing it up and some people are making an effort instead of just complaining about it. Warren is trying to get better; it won't happen over night but it didn't get like that overnight either. Give Warren a chance it will get better!
