Thanks for these video lessons. I played the cello for 5 yrs, and had to give it up due to not having an orchestra in my new school. I miss it so much. Can't wait to start playing again

Seems sensible, so far as it goes. Check out celloprof's videos, though. I find his concept of pivot points makes things clearer.

In principle he is right about the use of the arm but I do wish he would spit his gum out before he starts. It gets in the way of his professionalism.
