sir we have tobacco and snuff business ,
we are binder the tobacco and making the snuff we use tobacco, guar gum,ash, lime,and water, but its no Joints power full result.

We need the poor man's guild to plastering a straw bale wall. $40 a bag for NHL is to much for a hobo like myself. Is there a cheaper way?
I've been thinking of finding my own sand, clay, horse doodoo, water, etc.. Is the plausible?

It is possible to use hydrated lime with a little brick dust added. You can read about that on straw bale (dot com). Do a search at the top of the page for hydraulic lime and I think you'll find it. If it doesn't come up under that search term, try "brick dust."
