good design. needs more velocity. what are you guys using? a spring or some rubber string?

The success of the movement of the ball depends highly on the velocity of the kicker. If you made the kicker simply a short bar instead of a whole sheet of metal, I think the resistance would be much lower, giving a higher velocity. Also, you would have less trouble changing the angle of the kicker
