ok just had three fucking shootings and 2 homicides one where I live in daly city and one in oakland and yet u fucking cops drive around and arrest people for a little medical weed.Oviously the federal law needs to be changed when that will happened is speculated.WE NEED TO CHANGE THE FEDERAL LAW.Reverse the drug laws with Alcohol AND STOP THE HYPOCRISY !!!

Alcohol is a drug, and it's not safer to use than pot, but that doesn't make it a safer drug. I'm a bio student who does research in the Sierra Nevada's, here in Calif. Twice this past year my colleagues & I have stumbled upon marijuana gardens. Due to this we were required to apply for a concealed weapons permit. Yes now my peers and I are forced to carry a firearm. Lucky for us those gardens were not occupied. Is marijuana safer, just ask yourself, safer for whom. It all must be controlled
