To everyone who was confused by this episode, roger was briefly knocked unconsious, and dreamt these events. When we dream, everything we "see" is a refelection of our subconsious thoughts cast into "physical" form. in essence, this dream was an embodiment of rogers fear and confusion, and rogers belief that mey be just an actor on a stage.
