For Jacqueline Willemsen, her favorite part about working at Yahoo! is the people, people who become not just co-workers but family. She believes that it's not just about the work, but about the people and the connection that you make with clients and co-workers. "You have these people that really care about you from the top down, and I'm not just saying that, you find these managers and mentors that want you to grow." Which she did when she found the support to help her grow from the account management program and move into sales.

The people aren't the only reason Jacqueline chose Yahoo! "The typical day at Yahoo! is not typical. I love that energy and I think I thrive for that type of energy... That fast pace and it's so nice to be surprised and challenged, it makes you grow."
