@joeyisfunny actually there were 5 spotters.
-
This proves to me that "spotter" isnt always helpful
-
@Naturalhit i think 981lbs, it was 980 something though
-
What the weight there?
-
Easy weight lets do it.... LMFAO! Seriously though bad choice of words lol...
-
@joeyisfunny do be honest the spotters are only there if he needs help coming back up, its really up to him if he can lift the wieght enough for them to catch it
-
@ironoxen Try this: next time you don't know shit, don't write anything. You'll look less retarded.
-
35 spotters and they couldnt catch the drop. Nice.
-
lol "Easy weight let's do it! CRASH!"
-

Ed Coan has the best strength to weight ratio of any powerlifter. Some asshole commented that he was trying to get attention by lifting more weight than he can handle. WTF! This is not some idiot in the gym showing off for his buddies. This is competition powerlifting when limits are pushed and exceeded. Yes, injuries are a risk. It doesn't mean he's stupid. That's the nature of the sport. Why don't you educate yourself and go train, dumbfuck!

Wow, you clearly have no knowledge of the world of powerlifting if you just called Ed Coan a moron. haha he's arguable the best powerlifter of all time, also it says in the description that it was his first attempt, so I'm pretty sure he could handle it...
