Finnish people are not corrupt and they do not lie. Check the corruption perception index in Wikipedia.
Comparing the ranking of Finnland (4) and Russia (154), I'd rather trust the finns.

I knew Vladimir. We from one city. I know organizers of Russian command. I know the world champion on a sauna Tatyana Arhipenko. We live in one city of Novosibirsk. It in Siberia.
