Well I am most certaintly NOT a good Catholic. I do try though! I realize that not everybody agrees with my "narrow" viewpoints and I do not judge for that at all as I was once a way worse lost sinner myself years ago! But I recall the Lord talking about that "pesky" narrow path that leads to heaven and that "easy" and "liberal" wide path that leads to a very warm permanent vacation.

I find it incredible that so many neo-con and theo-con Catholics that they went crazy over Obama speaking at Nortre Dame but had not problem with that lying scoundrel (son of a soundrel, grandson of yet a third scoundrel) George I Lied Us into Wars and Dodged the Draft Bush. I have not prolblem with protesting Obama, the war monger with the Nobel Peace Prize

Stopped voting years ago. If you still vote in America you are drinking the Koolaid big time. (and catholics are the TOP koolaid drinkers, sorry to say). This country was HIJACKED a long time ago. If you think there is ANY differences between BUSH and OBAMA besides color you need to wake up. They all work for the same strange man hiding behind the curtain over there...

I agree with much of what you wrote; it disgusts me that the Popes (JP2 and Pope Ratzinger) did not just tell the Bush thugs--I am pulling the Catholic Chaplins from the armed forces and issuing a letter to all American churches which Fr. Oatmeal Spine will have to read denouncing the (Gulf War 1 or Gulf War 2); by the way, I am appalled JP2 did not condemn the attack on Afgahistan as well. If the Popes confronted the Bushes--might wind up like JFK or Paul Wellstone.

Now don't read me wrong. I believe that the threat Islam (and I am referring to the ENTIRE Islamic world, not just "radical" dudes) poses to all free societies is the biggest threat freedom (or whatever still exists of it) has ever faced. I believe, however, that this govt helped to CREATE these rouge terrorrist groups, ALLOWED them to attack this country, then used that as an excuse to further whatever real agenda they are trying to push over there.

I believe the innocent American people (to include our outstanding military personnel) have been placed between a rock and a hard place. We have been duped. We have been used as tools by some small cabal of individuals who control the international scene. They have NO INTEREST in protecting either us or those in lands far away. I believe the true American govt has ceased to exist and we are truly witnessing the ushering in of the prophesied new world order

The battle lines are being drawn and it is no longer clear who is the real enemy anymore. Evil pervades through all societies and we are surrounded. This should be a BIG wake up call for Christians of ANY flavor that the battle that has been raging for eons in heaven is starting to manifest itself fully on earth. Satan has little time left and is intent on causing as much confusion, death, and destruction. He will take as many of us as he can with him. HOLD FAST TO THE FAITH, CHRISTIANS!!!

I bet if all Americans decided to boycott the vote for next president until we got a REAL candidate, there would somehow still be a democrat/republican "voted" into office. The American presidency/government has become a SHAM and TOOL for futhering whatever crazy agenda the banker/military industrial complex has cooked up for the world. But thats OK America. Go back to sleep. Just a bad dream. Everything will be good in the morning.....rriiigghhhtttt
