@jaymcs its a bug with the amputator it got patched if you taunt with the amputator (new medic saw) you heal everyone around you slowly until the taunt stops but if you disconnect in mid taunt it used to glitch out and the buff would stay and heal everyone on your team also it stacks thats why his health just shoots up after getting hurt it wasnt him it was a guy who quit out mid taunt with the amputator
