The Nissan Frontier is powered by a powerful 4.0 liter V6 with 261hp. It is also available in a 2.5 liter with 152hp. Nissan offers the Frontier in a King Cab and Crew Cab option, along with 4X2 and 4X4. The 2012 Toyota Tacoma Bremerton will offer similar options as far as 4x4 and 4x2, however, at a higher cost.

Revisions for the 2012 model year include the addition of a new Sport Appearance Package on King Cab and Crew Cab SV models. The Sport Appearance Package will includes the following: 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and front grille with Dark Hyper Silver finish, body-color front and rear bumpers, sport cloth seat trim with embroidered Frontier logo, fog lights, body side "Frontier" sport graphic, white-faced gauges, Bluetooth® Hands Free Phone System and much more...

The 2012 Seattle Nissan Frontier for sale model lineup consists of Frontier S, Frontier SV, Frontier PRO-4X (4x4 models only) and Frontier SL (Crew Cab only). It is offered in both King Cab and Crew Cab body styles, in 4x2 and 4x4 configurations.

  • If the Nissan Frontier is so wonderful, why is Nissan resorting to blantently false advertising to sell it, with dealers using that advertising afterwards to tout the payload capacity of the vehicle? The front end of a passenger jet clearly weighs far more than the hauling capacity of either the Frontier or Tacoma. Toyota never suggested otherwise. In my book, that honestly is one more point in favor of the Tacoma.
