hey all, i just wanted to say that perhaps I rushed too quickly to judge Tony Abbott, I mean the whole thing of delaying the ETS has probably saved me from a tax i don't really need when living costs are already high enough as it is...i just hope that if he becomes PM he doesn't treat the unemployed like a Scrooge that's all.

The debate was settled over two decades ago - there has been a concerted campaign by major oil companies to introduce "the idea" there is doubt (same was done with the link between tobacco and cancer) when in fact the issue has long been settled.
