I wish someone had told me that if you end up in an 'Out Of Network' hospital, your own private insurer will deny you payment for treatment. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The red-haired lady was better spoken than any of the rat shit police thugs who placed her in the back of the paddy wagon. (They probably didn't understand a word she said.)
I applaud the pharmacist who shot that blue pig in Alabama. The city should award him a gold medal for outstanding public service.
RN's, paramedics and firefighters are all community heros. Tell me, what heroic activity has your local police department performed lately?
Beat up a 12 year old riding his skateboard?

Capitalism is the creator of disparity, poverty, famine, sickness, greed, selfishness, theft. It does not provide happiness, but an illusion of such, and the attempts to be successful in this system cause constant misery. Don't be anti-social. Iriquois RISE AGAIN

Single-Payer is similar to what Medicare provides, and while I would desperately appreciate what they offer now, eventually I would like a little better care. (cheap glasses, one visit a year etc.) How are you bothered by everything being single payer? Your present doctor would have to accept the medicaid card or else you would have to find another way to pay him/her. I think most doctors will accept the card when they realize that charging more will lose patients.
Let's fill the streets with American Citizens demanding Universal Single Payer Health Care.

It was an amazing day and I was proud to be there - hundreds of nurses from several different unions coming together to advocate for our patients - the role that is really our highest calling as RNs. It's clear that the powers that be - in both parties - want to bury single payer. It's just too threatening to too many big money interests. It will take continued agitation to keep it in the discussion.
