Saying that Twilight is better than Harry Potter without backing it up properly is a sign of bad. And does mean a book is childish, doesn't mean that it isn't a good book. Hell, they get much more mature as the books progress.

I can think up reasons why Harry Potter is better than Twilight

1. It's betterly written

2. Mythology is intact

3. Lots of likable characters

4. Bigger fanbase

5. Kickass villain

6. Appeals to a much wider audience.

Twilight, which is basically about a teenager who's addicted to men, is better than Harry Potter, which becomes an allegory for the Holocaust in World War II in the later books. You heard Stormsink say he likes Twilight better than Harry Potter. Wow, just wow.
