RCMP looking for 2 Suspects Uptown Moncton

Around 7:30am Codiac RCMP attempt to stop 3 men with shopping carts at the corner of Mountain Rd. & Wheeler Blvd. 1 was arrested right away but 2 took off into the woods. Police Dog was called in and 1 male was seen in Hildegarde area running across Wheeler.At 8:20am a male was spotted walking on Wheeler blvd with just a shirt on jeans soaking wet , and RCMP picked him up. Taxi Drivers were helping the Police look for suspects. The last male was then spotted behind the Tech on Mountain Rd running with no shirt on and it was a very frosty morning. At 8:43am a woman seen a man running with no shirt on in the Crandall street area . 9:52am and RCMP are still in the uptown area looking for the last male with no shirt on around the Voodoo , Oakland street area. Goods could be as of a result of a break and enter on Worthington ave.
