Jimmy Lin was in Beijing yesterday rehearsing for his concert.

Jimmy: The concert is next week. Ive been waiting for this day for a long time. I am nervous and excited. It has been 14 yrs since my last concert and this is my 1st personal concert in Mainland China.

Besides rehearsing hard he also spent a lot of time designing the stage. He will bring his love of racing onstage.

Jimmy: Basically, everyone knew about my racing so the whole stage is a race car, a never seen before race car stage. The whole concept is a race car. Everyone is asking if I will drive my race car in. Of course I will. But I guess everyone could have guessed it so its not meaningful. So my entrance will be even more exciting.
The second part will be a fairytale story. There will be a very fairytale castle, a prince, and of course a princess. I invited Liu Yifei, who worked with me in Tian Long Ba Bu, to be the princess. She will sing Wild Chrysanthemum with me.

Next yr is his 17th yr in showbiz. This concert is very important to him and is also the 1st of his many concerts next yr.
