I have to say Virginia's menu seems more crative than Heather's and her restaurant seems very well decorated, better then Heathe's screens and grafitti. However I'd rather have Heather running a restaurant and Virginia doing recipe books and shows. Heather is a much better chef.

Virginia's menu: jalapeno tortellini, chicken roulade and either fruit churros or ice cream sundae

if it were a real restaurant, she could use it more effectively, she could use it for, like, celebrity signings, the same way Sardi's has it famous caricatures

But she still sucks as an executive chef. Heather deserved...and I'm am glad she did beat her ass!! ....one last thing, how come all the previews for the finale showed a media question asking Virginia how her husband felt about her being there but in the actual episode, that question was not shown?

Perhaps they weren't asked or were asked and declined. The rules of Hell's Kitchen go by GR and appears to be at his discretion.
