This is in the village of Leone in American Samoa. The bridge connecting the western end of the island to the eastern end is between the sub-village, Auma, in Leone. There were many deaths in this village(Leone) alone. The adjacent village, Amaluia, in the western side did not experience any casualties. Though every ocean-front residence in Amaluia were completely destroyed.

Hi, this is horrible, and last month. I went to south of Chile, my country, specially Dichato, in this travel I could see the destructions caused by earthquake and tsunami,maiga99.

HOLY MOLY!!!~Was this all due to the tsunami or was the area also hit by the earthquake?~in the usa there's a lot we dont get told especially living in Okla, ~poor poor people this just breaks my heart 4 you all~I've gone thru many tornado's & assisted in the aftermath, never ceases 2 amaze me how a home here 'n there are untouched while all the others were obliterated~I hope you have ben able to restore by now & even become greater than before~Thank you so very much 4 sharing your great video!

why be so angry over one person wishing another a "God Bless..." over natural phenomena such as this. It's not like by saying that that these people are doing anything to violate you. If you dont believe in a higher being, fine, but why get all flustered over trying to change another's beliefs. Enjoy the present, let others be and just try to make the most of what you can do instead of worrying over how another thinks
