Odysseus Rap (English Project)

This was my group english project on the book "The Odyssey." We made a rap video, so I hope you enjoy it. =) Please comment and rate of what you think of this video.

OOOOOOODYSSEUS!!!

Told by a prophet not to harm the flock,
or else endless punishment around the clock.
Oh why such this relentless trickery?
How dastardly can Poseiden be?

Traveling all the way into Hade's lair,
finds nothing but distraught, pain and despair.
Frightened and scared from all he has shown,
all he wants to do is find his way home.

Sleeping with Circe gives him plenty delight,
unfortunately for him it's only one night.
Sailing forward into treacherous waters,
nothing awaits the men but endless slaughters.
Sea witches, sea monsters threaten the men,
always something horrible again and again.

Zeus sends down a frightening spite,
he just can't seem to make this right.
It's Oooodysseus!

He went looking for the palace when he lost his way,
but then a young little girl came and saved his day.
That young little girl was Athena in disguise
who showed him where to go to meet the real wise.

Odysseus!!!
He is such a player,
he is so famous he could be the next mayor.
He was on the side watching the games begin,
when someone called him out and hurt him deep down in.
He responded with a yes and had the biggest grin, because it only took a couple of rounds for him to win.

Odysseus, he is every woman's dream,
when ever you think of him you just want to scream.
He's got the looks, the charm, the decked out farm,
he is the heat of the fire and he sets off alarms.

Unfortunately the music played, and he cried,
this was a problem, because the King wondered why?

Ooodysseus!!!
He tells the Phaeacians his story,
All of his journeys along with all of his glory.
A storm sent by Zeus, a island of Lotus Eaters,
a cyclops names Polyphemus, what a strange creature.
They get him wasted and stab him in the eye,
with a burning stick ouch! and he starts to cry.

Odysseus makes his way to Aeolus the wind god,
he gives him a bag of wind, the rest the crew thinks is odd.
A short trip home, no more than 10 days,
but a fool opens the bag and they're blown away.
Now before we tell you that we're through with this,
we're going to toss the mic to Telemachus!

Standing right in front of him, was his dad,
he finally found the thing he never had.
Yeah things we're happening back in the home town,
the suitors lied and said that nothing was going down.

Odysseus returned and he planned an attack,
to kill all the suitors and take his wife back.
He was disguised as a beggar, so she didn't know,
to stop the competition for stringing the bow.
So came the time and all the suitors failed,
Odysseus and his son struck and prevailed.

Hermes takes the suitors who had lost their lives
to the underworld, where they're asked how they died.
By Agamemnon and Achilles who we're just like gods,
the suitors blamed it on Penelope which was odd.

Odysseus travels to his father's farm,
when he reveals himself, Laertes falls in his arms.
The suitors parents meet and discuss how to amend,
their sons deaths, so they decide to send,
a small army to kill Odysseus,
but Athena knows this is ridiculous.
So she tricks them into forgetting the massacre
and accepting Odysseus, they all concur.
