"A fishing THING" .. in the 80s Pyramid the judges would have come out and smacked her on the head with a foot-long microphone
-
I agree, when I heard that clue I thought for sure she was going to get buzzed for that.

@physicalKinetics . In the Winner's Circle you had to stick with what was written on the box.If she would have said a movie title she would have gotten buzzed.

i know it's a lot easier when you're not in the hot seat but if she had said: cat on a hot tin roof, butterfield 8, who's afraid of virginia woolf and then followed with the list of her husbands he probably would have gotten it.

@chrismc410 When it moved to ABC, the helpful hand straps were introduced since hands were illegal.
-
Using your hands was legal in the $10000 pyramid, not so in the later versions
-
At 0:36, she practically mimed a hook. The judges should have buzzed her there.
-
Would Richard Burton again or Richard Burton a second time be a legal clue?
-
You? (for things that buzz)

RIP Elizabeth Taylor.

Double that. She was using hand signals as well!

@landrykkb It is. Originally the WC has 10 clues - however you can see a piece of board under the bottom line because someone felt that no one is going to get all 10 in 60 seconds.
