You can get it from their official site, I use the Express (free) version at work and it allows you to do quite a bit of stuff with it. They will send you emails about discounts for the actual version.
Shame free version can't import 2D drawing to work from (unless I missed something it renders it not free but useless)
I was testing Alibre - got around to B-spline and found them almost impossible to work with (most everything else is good) - I fired up CorelDraw (Alibre can learn lots about editing curves) - had curves I needed in seconds - but when I tried importing I could only get the 2D drawing - couldn't work in 3D from them

B-spline functionality is under improvement.
But what version is this where the view changes are animated!
