Regal Boat with Flaking Antifoul before Sandblast

Here is a Regal prior to Sandblasting to remove the previous coats of antifoul that are no longer sticking to each other. There are many potential causes of this issue however it should always be completely removed if it is spotted as the next coats will not be adhering to a quality surface rendering the new antifoul coating ineffective.
