Clarinet Trio from Balkans 1 of 2

The unique and legendary clarinetist Ismail Lumanovski together with Juilliard graduate and clarinet competition winner Vasko Dukovski and Ivana Ristova , will perform for the first time in Chicago as a trio from the Balkans .
On the program would be works from the classical up to the modern era . Exclusive premiere of Nicholas Csicsko's piece 'Night at the Kafana" written for Ismail Lumanovski .

Very energetic and uplifting performance of traditional folk music from the Balkans. i loved the contemporary spin on it and intensity of the sound.I am sad for being unable to attend this concert, but will not miss next one in October!!!
