A cleaning station where green sea turtles have their shells tidied up by shrimp and other small fish. Off the eastern coast of Oahu. They're big, they're calm, they're completely indifferent

  • great, 3 in one spot. can you tell me where there's good diving in hawaii kai, im from honolulu.

  • On the east side of the island, north of Diamond Head. We left from a little pier just past all the enormous homes, right next to a blue-gray shopping mall with McDonald's and a pet store in it.

  • where exactly in oahu were you when you saw the turtles??? I am going to oahu in march and would love to know!

  • It's off the eastern coast, past Diamond Head. Not really known for great diving, but there are several cleaning stations. The locals know it as Hawaii Kai. Enjoy!

  • thats sick! just visited some friends in Hawaii Kai recently, it was my 1st time to Hawaii and now I've decided that i am moving there. It is life changing

  • I did my padi certification at Hawaii Kai dive shop. When we did our final test there were about 6-7. I remember hovering beside a massive one, probably 3 feet long/2 feet deep. I was just chilling with him and he looked like he just woke up or he just took a bong hit cause he had MEGA chinese eyes. LOL true story

  • So beautiful and graceful..

  • great work

  • oh cool! i just went to oahu this summer and we snorkled in a spot where there were like 12 of them in one spot! i love them it was like one of the coolest experiences ever!

  • cute turtles

  • Turtles ROOOOOOOCK!!!!!!!!

  • So beautiful and so innocent. I swam in Maui with a bunch of them last Summer, and they are completely trusting. They'll show you around their neighborhood. It's amazing. God bless the sea turtle.
