JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A teacher who resigned over a controversial video posted on YouTube denies making fun of a student.

Timothy Huber resigned from Mandarin High School yesterday.

The mother of a student in his class complained to the school board after seeing the video on YouTube.

She claimed Huber made fun of her 15 year old son.

@Dmechelke you can get students attention without resorting to being a asshat. and the fact that he denied it despite video evidence shows that he has the same mentality as the kids he teaches. having a mental disability myself i feel sympathy for the kid who had to go through this. and if i had it in my power would make a example out of teachers like this.
