I think it's rather good looking. Well strangely good looking..
This Polo (also the saloon and caddy) was designed by Seat and was made on a different VW platform than Polo hatchback.
And the SDI engine might be underpowered, but it can run well over 700.000 kms with no problems. Well, as almost any VAG diesel engine..
The difference from TDI unit is that it doesn't have an turbocharger. Everything else is the same.

@ArinOngunTV Enthusiasts, I currently drive a mk2 Polo and I will highly likely end up with one of these estates as I would love to modify one. They are rare even on Club Polo which has over 10, 000 members.

lmao hahah behave major9; which 1 is better polo 6n2 or yaris; basically yaris is a shit thin box and a polo 6n2 is solid german thing; this is not a 6n2 its a 6n dont 4get its a old vid

Volkswagen Polo Combi (variant) is not Volkswagen its Seat
I'm with you on the Japanese car thing, they always feel a little tinny compared to German stuff but always end up being more reliable. Mk2 Micras are the spiritual successor to the original mini, cheap, reliable, fast and great fun to drive.
