San Francisco 49ers leading the New York Giants by 14-10 with the 49ers getting the ball back after stopping the Giants on downs. The worst thing that can happen is a fumbled punt by a professional football player in a critical game. The play wasn't exactly a fumbled punt but the returned failed to get out of the way of the ball.

The play that could change the momentum of the game, especially in the 4th quarter of the game. The ball clearly hits the knee of the 49er player and then returned for a touchdown, but touchdown did not count because of a blown whistle. In all, instead of 49ers getting the ball, the Giants get the ball in 49er territory so we will see if this punt muff determines if the 49ers win the game or with the momentum swing, the Giants come from behind. Manning throws for a touchdown to put the Giants in the lead following the fumbled punt.

  • giants are so lucky wow, that would never happen to any other team

  • @RockerDude899 I totally agree. Being a Jets fan, I rooted for the Giants in their playoff run because they're still a New York team, but they did get an extraordinary stroke of luck most of the way. I can't stand explaining these facts to a Giants fan because they are so damn full of themselves that they try to pass it off as skill. *facepalm*

  • @lwrpj The niners either, they don;t even have a good QB

  • @Melhex The championship involved 30 teams, one of them was the niners, never won one

  • @Melhex You say that cuase you don;t have even one, if you did you would. oh and the fact they were foundded in the 40's is worst, cause they sucked for 7 decades, and had one with luck and 5 SB

  • He used to be a kick returner. then he took a football in the knee

  • @UrbanSipfly i dont doubt they will win another within the next 4 years, however i dont believe next year is theirs.

  • @lwrpj The New York Gmen, weren't suppose to get far this season, according to the sports critics and TV analysts....And if any 49er fan thinks that the 49ers will do any better than they had during this past 2011 season, THEY BETTER START EXAMINING THEIR PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION BECAUSE IF NOT, THEY WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE FACT THAT THEY'VE BEEN MISLEAD, DUPPED, AND BAMBOOZELD.

Eli will win his 3rd Superbowl ring with the Gmen before his career is up!!

  • The football gods were looking out for the Giants that day. If they didnt have sure luck they would not have won. It seems like all they have to do is wait for something bad to happen and the game is theirs, like the Craig fumble in 91, the Patriots faultering in 08 and another fumble courtesy of Kyle Williams. Is it bitterness on my part as a Niners fan? A little, But the facts are Manning is not great he's good at best and the Giants were just plain lucky in the past and this year as well.

  • lol why the fuck do people get so frustrated over sports as if they're actually playing on the teams? if a team sucks a team sucks, it has absolutely nothing to fucking do with the people who live in that city.
