Thats good sales tactics pointing out all the assumed things and what they cost.

gotta say this guy is pretty good BUT..... he's not the best. In this business no matter how many trophies you have it doesn't matter. What it boils down to is people and your selling ability. If you can talk to people and be yourself people will come to see you and see you sell because its fun, and it's the best way to get quality items today.

LOL, he has never won a trophy for being an auctioneer or even competed in a "contest" - he has been an auctioneer for 40 years and while you may not consider hime to be "the best" - he does a very good job, works hard for his clients AND he has a good reputation - which is saying a lot in this business.
