  • Man my wording of sentences suck. I mean the mines want more money more then the workers. All the workers are to the company is a fucking number and that's it.

  • Boy, the ceo shit for brains Don Blankenship, sure seems upset. Oh wait, I think I see him smiling, never mind. Of course he's happy. The miners probably wanted to go union and so, the only way to stop them is kill them. Wow, he says he meets the law. Last time I checked, my dad, uncles and friends that work in the coal mines say, they have to work as fast as they can, even though it is illegal because of mine safety regulations but they don't care if they die because they want the money more.

  • The 4 missing miners were found... dead.

    :(

  • Don Blankenship is lying through his teeth in this video. He knows EXACTLY why this explosion occurred: His own greed for profit over his workers' safety.

Read the book 'Coal River' by Michael Shnayerson. Shnayerson details what went on at Upper Branch mine: how Blankenship does all he can to keep unions out of his mines; how Blankenship pushes for more production at the expense of safety. This man is evil. And he's a murderer.

  • Don Blankenship is a murderer. That's all you need to know.

  • I pray the remaining four miners are alive. My prayers also go out to all the families who were affected by this horrible explosion.

  • My heart goes out to the miners' families and I hope the remaining 4 are alive.

  • AP need to fix grammar issues. Not "Family Friend in Mine". You don't go inside the mine become friends.

  • When people and government attack God far enough...

America is most likely heading real life greater depression, societal collaspe, and bankrupt USA. Remember stockmarket crash 2008. We lost trillion dollars. That's 10x more money than great depression.

Our economy is ruined by criminals, greed, crooks. There is no way American economicist can fix mortgage and massive forclosure homes of USA.

  • You'll see,the owner of that mining will get lots of fines.

Hope those four miners are still alive!!
