You are my hero
Actually I've just proved myself wrong! It is included in the downloads available - it's track 17, "Alien Conflict". Still, nice to see the scrolling title again :)

@mistertricks My GOD!
You are correct. Thank you for uncovering this!. Well heck, yes - I guess I can at least offer the scrolling titles for you. Funny how I wasn't able to find it in all my searching through the soundtrack. There is a lot of music there though. Thanks again!

This is the alternate opening, but still awesome.
You can change the opening somewhere under options, probably cheats.

I didn't know that. Very cool.
Now I must point out that I never changed my opening to the alternate opening. It simply came this way. No idea why but still very, very cool.
Thanks for the clarification!

Awesome commentary, I most certainly approve, though I must inquire, what exactly is the "Perfect Dark Nintendo 64 Opening Screen & Music"? Pardon my ignorance heh, but I'm not particularly well versed in the historical lore of gaming... Alas...

@appreciatesinsanity It's the standby screen the game goes to if you insert the cartridge, turn on the game and let it sit. It's a catchy trance groove that stuck with me all these years and - despite the entire "soundtrack" being available online, this track is NEVER included. So I posted it in all it's 64bit glory. It loops fully twice and then I provide an aesthetically pleasing (to me) fade. Perfect length for those who want to rip it as an mp3 and put it in their party mix.
