OMG!! I was reminiscing of some old jamson you tube and I thought of 1470. Thought I would google it to see if there was anything posted and wala. I can't believe it. Watching this video tour takes me back I frequented 1470West from 1984 to1995. Those were the days. Folks would come from Columbus, Cincinatti, Cleveland, Indiapolis, and Louisville to party at this spot. This video is just as I remember the club. I found it when I was stationed at Wright Patt AFB. Does it still exist?

I wish this had volume. I spent the happiest times of my life at 1470 in the early 80s. I remember one night there was a mean snow storm: my roommates and I were snowed in after cleaning the club up after closing. I ended up spending the night sleeping under a pool table. There was a HUGE screen one could watch videos and movies on just as you walked into the main room. I'm so glad somebody had the foresight to take a video tour.

I loved coming here, wow, a good 20 or more years ago! We would put on outrageous clothes and dance all night. I recall they made pretty good drinks too.

Oh man did I go there alot..I think Thursdays most of the time. From about 1990-till it moved then the fun tapered off. I would dance and look like a complete fool. lol

I would drive up from Louisville just to be at the best on earth. I miss it! Thanks for the post. It kinda hurts.

Wow what a trip! I remember everything about 1470 (the sober parts anyway) I spent my 21st birthday at this club and continued to go all through my twenties. I remember setting my drink on that damn cigarette machine and cruising guys...ha ha! Thanks for the video it made me smile and feel kind of sad at the same time-Rick
