Wow!! Marta Becket went to Independence to court monday to defend and protect her town and legacy from Individauls who were trying to steal it from her. The judge sends plaintiffs back to Amargosa Valley without an injunction (thrown out) and restraining orders for 3 yrs to stay out of DVJ...Marta Becket and her staff prevailed and will continue to do shows and of course the cafe is open as always

@oneheadhunter WOW. Ms. Becket was draged to Court again as part of Regnells DOG & PONY SHOW. The Cafe owners agreed in Chambers to drop the injunction and move forward with the lawsuit in order to get full coverage of the damages they have and still incure. It is so sad to see Mr. regnell use Ms. Beckets stage as a forum to explain that what he has done is all fine and everything people are saying is not true. The entire Community is wrong. Only Mr. Regnell is right. YOU ARE FIRED. GO AWAY!

@oneheadhunter UPDATE! Just uncovered that Regnell closed the original bank account for the Opera House and opened another one to stop the Original(and only) Board Of Directors from getting control of their account. By forming a phoney Board he was able to convince the Bank of Amer that he is in control of the Opera House Corporation. This is a 501 C3 and he is only an employee as per the sworn Declaration at the Inyo Superior Court. Tax fraud and forgery of Marta's signature next. Update soon.

For you that are following the truth about what is going on at DVJ, here is the latest. After Rich Regnell and Monique Berry worked together to scam Dennis Fisher( an alias), who was scamming all the stock holders at BEHL, Rich and Dennis stole all the expensive equipment from other algea farm projects, paid for by other stock holders. And now that Rich has pocketed(stolen) over $40K earmarked to pay a local contractor, poor unaware Marta Becket has a Lien on the property. WAY TO GO REGNELL!

@flairish12 Marta has lost. Rich regnell can say anything he wants as long as Marta is there for him to hide behind. The Cantwells never did a thing to Marta except feed her everyday for 18 months FREE. Regnell broke in and stole control of the Cantwell's business solely for the money. It is their equipment and expertise that made the Cafe a success. The Cantwells never showed any disrespect for Marta and believe she is not part of this tradedy. Actions of a lier and con man.
