totally agree,raise your own hogs slaughter then start fire in 55 gallon drum for coals then cook in homemade cooker thats bbq not rich guys who spend thousands on cookers and lessons to learn and the judges for the contest such as memphis in may think bbq is gourmet food cinnimon rub come on all u need is vinegar red pepper salt and case of beer
