A little downtime while on deployment in '07, our platoon was living in a small room in a basement- i think the mold was getting to us..

  • when my pops told me soldiers in the service these days are soft i didn't believe him ... but now i do.

  • @sKKKKKKKKK Your opinion is exactly that and you're entitled. Further, your opinion is frivolously constructed, ignorant and downright asinine. The ability to engage in harmless shenanigans after bomb dodging all day indicates strength rather than 'softness'. You've chosen to pass judgement on the combat effectiveness of men who were willing/able to do what you obviously are not. Your antiquated perception of what constitutes strength is mind numbing and hysterical.

  • @ragecage462 mean i dont respect and cant do what these men do. I will be head to paris island in 2 months, so yes sir since you are smart you should learn one more thing. Not to assume and learn to not take everything so seriously. I do repsect you for approving the comment. Even tho in no way shape or form its negative towards our military and the things they do everyday. Good day.

  • @sKKKKKKKKK I apologize for missing the sarcasm.

  • Thanks for all the amazing comments folks!

  • and after the Taliban saw them dancing, they all went hiding because they know these american troopers are going to blow they away with loud music and crazy dance moves......

  • @ragecage462 " Sarcasm " really brings out the best in people. Take the stick out of your ass my friend. I never stated these man aren't risking there lives everyday fighting for there country. You and your fancy self should really not assume since you are so smart. All i said was the military wasn't what it used to be. For example my father did all pt and training in fully combat gear during WW2. Is that a bad or good thing i dont know. But Military isn't softer now, and doesn't
