Go to the throttlelock instalation folder using ACtiveSync and delete lockcode.txt. You'll be asked for a new pattern when you softreset your device ;).

i downloaded cab but i cant unlock it to change pattern........can someone please help me........

The default pattern is the top left dot. Just press that one to change the pattern.
