First Snatch. The inital path of the barbell moves away from you. it should be in, toward you. To fix this your shoulders need to be in advance, in front of the bar. Once in this postion your hips wil raise slight and your scapula/shoulder be directly over the bar putting your arms at a slight angle. Shoulders in fron t of the bar.!!!!!
Also the second par of teh pull, the bar is looping too big. You want straight a line bar path as possible. two things should help this....see next post.
i need to do this with my snatch this is amazing nice work kid the bar pickup point and the path the bar takes up off the hip pop are the exact same spot...every single time nice work
