  • To hell with giving Sony $150! You're oven method is extremely risky bro but then again so is the Heat Gun method. I actually fix consoles on the side and I do it in a clean room environment at work. We put a 1 yr guarentee on our work. We have had minimal returns. To each their own though.

  • For me it's worth it. It's up to you really. Are you skilled enough to do this? Do you want to save $150? You have to make that decision..not me. Thanks for watching.

i know, but if you keep on doing the ylod repair again and again, your doing more damage than good, thats why the first time i did it, it lasted for 1 month, next time i did it, the ps3 life got shorter to 1 week, in the end i was like what the heck i might as well throw the whole thing out and save up for a ps3 slim

  • @beyblader10171 you have to have a steady hand when done pull the gun straight up not across the board well actualy thats how they fix it at sony

  • my wife and daughter is glad mine is broke she said i take up the tv lol

  • @buggeazy102

i did, otherwise your just gonna ruin the surrounding components,

your actually gonna do more harm to it , rather than good

  • @beyblader10171 you didnt heat gun it long enough

  • @KewlDaddyFatty

wow u put a one year guarantee for ylod consoles u fix, woah i fixed my ylod and it only lasted for 2 weeks

  • u can place in the oven 451 for 10 mins its better because everything heats at the same time.

  • I'm gonna do this really soon. Cause I'm not paying sony $150. How long has your PS3 worked since you made this video?

  • i removed the goo not the resistors....lol
