I will try to film a video response to this sometime during the week. I basically use two different methods for traveling with pipes, and it all depends on where I'm going or what pipe I will use. BTW - I didn't know you were also local. I live in Tracy, CA. Nice to see more and more local pipe smokers in the YouTube community. There's a bunch of us in this area. - Jeff

I have a pipe travel case for when I go on vacation. It holds 4 pipes along with cleaners, tobacco and lighter/matches. Good video!

IMHO, a "flat cap" is an essential piece of kit for a pipe smoker.

@OTooleRules HA! Agreed. I have a rather large pate, however, and hats on me sometimes have the "putting glitter on a pimple" effect. But I do love a good flat cap.
