Being an Everyday Active adult just got a whole lot more fun! Specially designed for busy adults, the outdoor gym is a great place to go whether you're out walking the dog or enjoying the park. Why not take the children or the grandchildren along, let them play in their area whilst you have some fun in the outdoor gym. It's completely free, you don't need expensive kit to wear, there's no membership fees and if you're unsure on how to use the equipment come along to a free taster session.
