Aikido mma push ups on the backs of the hands / wrists as in the early days of British Aikido with Kenshiro Abbe Sensei in the 1950s. Ellis Aikido. Abbe Sensei said this exercise was good to strengthen the wrists, forearms and the mind. Part 2 will demonstrate the same exercise with someone sitting on ones back, also the same push ups ups with the hands behind the back.
