@GamerX1210 Calm down man she didn't claim to be the best speaker ever or even good. This is not a debate, so it's not like emotional appeal should be stricken entirely. Having a mix is not a bad thing. Personally, my extemporaneous speeches contain a mixture of exuberant humour and facts. In my experience, my personality and satirical humor has been my best vehicle to convey my points during extemp. Ofcourse, my best speeches seem to be 2/3 or 3/4 fact and the rest humor, but there's no science

this is not a real extemp speech this would get last place in any national contest you can not appeal to emotions but rather logic and the use of note cards is severely looked down upon she uses five different crutch phrases and her annalysis is lacking she says "isreal is unwilling to give up its civilians" well of course they arent! and she gives no dates on her sources

Okay for people who need help. Dont use notecards except for sources. It impairs your delivery. Make introduction interesting but short. make sure three points are significant. Unique and legit sources. 6-7 minutes at minimum. Dont spend all of prep time writing. Practice

im really shy on facing crowd and im really not good in speech..not to mention that im SO nervous!
